For a organisation it is important that each and every individual should be honest and superior should take care on this part . Infact some of old MR and some AM who are compromising working and the same have been shared with higher management but unfortunately no action taken that is really no one will like even these people are very close to the higher management even director too . One more thing which is really horrible that is product managers interference and there feedback they don't know the ground realty and decide the things prior to higher management even product managers influence is a big issue.
