The management and the people that you are reporting to are terrible. Zero empathy, zero sensibility, strict rules which are extremely unnecessary. These people will definitely make you run away from the place.

There are many things that i like about the company: 1) work balance 2) Development skills 3) Works on multiple technologies 4) if you are developer and if you have worked in MCT then you can call yourself a full stack developer. 5) Friendly environment

good opportunity to work on Multiple projects . Friendly environment, some time work pressure is high , if you stuck .. manager will help you , some Time QA team went to clients site .. flexible timing(10 min buffer), there is no PF . you can order snacks and if you will stay after 7 pm ..and compensated texi bill if you want.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
