Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

Students are good. Teaching the subject you like gives you a good feeling

Dislikes

The management and the people that you are reporting to are terrible. Zero empathy, zero sensibility, strict rules which are extremely unnecessary. These people will definitely make you run away from the place.

good opportunity to work on Multiple projects . Friendly environment, some time work pressure is high , if you stuck .. manager will help you , some Time QA team went to clients site .. flexible timing(10 min buffer), there is no PF . you can order snacks and if you will stay after 7 pm ..and compensated texi bill if you want.
