Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The company is open to innovation and ready adopts latest technology. i love the fact that i am a part of team that markets reliable,another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration .

Dislikes

compensation is not decent but growth is slow . the work pressure is very high some times , i have wok to 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attaend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night, managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths , which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times .

One of the worst supply company ever in Bahrain. They recruiting lot of innocent people from India for 70,80 (basic salary) Bahrain Dinar/ month. Can you believe that???. Unfortunately for the past 2 years i was one of the employees in this company. By thanks to almighty God, i'm escaped from this hell. I never ever recommend anyone to join in this company. Better you do suicide. If you agree to join this company, you will realise you make a stupid decision.

Very very bad company management field to head office, no have increments, every month cut 5 to 10 BD and not giving final settlement, if you go LMRA after giving and compromise

Worst company. Its a supply company and do not have project which shows in the website. Its totaly garbage company.

Dislikes

It charges penalties for your absenties due to fail to get medical certificate which is 25 bhd which is ill legal and they hav connection in minisrty so they are bulley employees in salaries and other things. Please dont choose this company. Every employees is suffering like hell in this company.
