There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joiness.

Yahan kio izzat nahi karta kisi ki chahe woh kitna bhi senior level k employe ho.Company k culture bohat bekaar hai.Gali galoch se he din k shuruwat hota hai.Abhi ek employee ne mujhe Marne ki damki di thi thi.kisi ne koyi action nahi liya.HR toh aur bhi bekaar hai use toh boss ne kharida huwa hai.Bina wajah k Paisa kaati hai boss ko faida Dene k liye.

This is a Lala company run by an illiterate group of people.They have recruited people from all their kiths and kins who aren't even educated.The importance of well qualified people is not appreciated and the environment here is very toxic.On the contrary, employees shout and abuse each other and when it comes to the class of the owner,he doesn't have that.He is an illiterate person who shouts, abuses and .Here vendors come to our site for money they haven't been given to the services they have provided to the company. This is an useless company run by morons who doesn't have any professionalism,ethics,code of conduct and what not.
