...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good Salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees.

Company policies are good but job security and management very terrible. Family atmosphere poor. Only work for company side.

The company has built its value and product is known in the market. You have a good work life balance. No one will pressure you to work late unless and until too much necessary for any product launch or something. The MD is very great.

Dislikes

The company lack in HR policies and Compensation, job security. You will get fired in no time if your boss doesn’t like you. Too much of politics. Remember to deliver your target, this is only thing you can sustain here.

Working experience is good , some teammates very helpful nature . salary coming on time . Working environment is according to me no pressure in built target achievement . My work and Life balance learn lots of basic of improvement.

Boss always behave like a dictator . They did not support of lower division employee. They listing one side matter , job security terrible if you made a mistake then you will terminate your duties . Company rule if new comer made a mistake then no warning only terminating if he committed that in future he will not mistake .
