Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The company is open to innovation and readily adopt latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team of the highly-skilled, reliable and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is dissent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high sometimes I have to work 18 to 24 hours strength in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometime later into the night.

...gement is transperant. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot policies and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

This Company is a type of Electrical & Mechanical Operation & Maintenance In a Coal Handling Plant. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets Reliable, high quality Coal products and has a global client base.and this Company working time is a 8 hrs in a shift wise. And all facilities is provided by this company.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is soow. The work pressure is high if any fault is occures then fastly is solve because this is coal production plant and payment is very late giving and payment is very less then according to Qualifications and Experience

My colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re- hire policy here. This company left a deep impression in my mind and I learning large things from here.
