Don’t work here. You will have to work overtime everyday and pay is low. Every day I work late and it afftecting my life they is no proper work hour

I have to work overtime It’s not 1-2 days but everyday. The timings are 10:30-7 weekday & 10:30-4:30 on Saturday But I have to work after that I stay in the office till 8:30 because work never end because of deadlines

McLeod Russel lndia Ltd - world Largest tea company. No career growth for Doctor's. Duty hours- 24 × 7days (on call) maximum hospital 's are more than 35 beded , and only one Doctor.

There's nothing good as a doctor working in tea estate, behaviour of manager, union leaders are just intolerable.there is no honour, respect, gratitude of a doctor.you have to work 24×7,no personal life.....

Very professional organisation where the grooming of the Executives were done is a very systemic and organised way to ensure they blend with the work culture and become asset to the Co in the long run. They benefits given to the executives are by far the best in the industry. The company believed in teamwork and the deserving candidates were upgraded. Lateral entry in Management position was not encouraged. A very friendly work environment.

Less of interaction with the top management and Field level executive.
