This company can give you everything you want in your life. I have seen many people in my company living a very good life because of my company. Everything is neatly driven and you can work on your assigned work and leave for the day. You will get 10l medical insurance for your family (meaning your wife, children only, not parents - which I don't like). You will get home pickup and home drop with ac cabs. They will provide a meal card. You will be paid much better than you think when you do overtime. They will provide housing loan interest subsidies for eligible people. You get 12 CL, 12 EL, 11 ML in total, which is best compared to any other company. In the cafeteria, you will get everything from Boost, Horlicks, cool drinks. They really care about their employees.

... many good things about the company, salaries have been stagnant for many years. People with higher tenures draw a lower salary. Management can appreciate their loyalty by providing the hike of 40%. Promotion has been a problem. Many people stuck in the same role for many years. Problem is not enough higher role considering huge amount of people. I really like this company a lot for many reasons, but just one thing I want management to work on is providing better salaries for high tenured people. Commodity prices are inflated. Please increase the salary too.

Up or out culture where progression depends on having “sponsors” within the Firm who are willing to staff you; in fact, there is no other way to get staffed on projects except finding these sponsors since there are so few projects (most are lost to BCG, some never come due to deteriorating quality)

Disgusting work culture. Too much politics at mid to senior level. You need to gang up to survive in this company. There is a condescending attitude towards new hires. They firmly believe that they are doing a favour to you by hiring you. They even cut your designation when hiring to prove as if they are some sort of God. The environment is like the movie Hunger games. If you don’t have support of the big group or some senior partner, even the smallest mistake will be viewed very harshly and rudely. They will create a situation where you will be compelled to resign. Everyone is in survival mode to protect the “partner compensation” during this current global economic situation. They will not bat an eye to give a poor rating to highly capable and highly experienced people on some silly excuse. Then they will claim that the person didn’t meet the performance standards. The entire 360 degree review system here is a facade. It can be manipulated to save you hide or send you to the gallows.

...re is impressive. And you can work in a very flexible setup. It is hybrid model. Free meal pass is provided every month apart from salary.cab pick up and drop available. Colleagues are fun and supportive.

Very competitive environment. Need to upgrade your skills to survive. Hike percentage is low on yearly basis.
