Salary and benefits: Competitive salary, definitely best in the market. Skill development opportunities: You get fine amount of reimbursement for the skill programs of your choice specific to your niche so you can up-skill yourself. Work culture: Supportive and collaborative environment, they say flat hierarchy and they really mean it.

Job security: Bit sceptical, because you have to continuously keep yourself in limelight which sometime is not possible because all your work scores depends on your team lead. No feedback processes for team leader.

The Company has excellent policies and maintains a strong committment to ethical practices. The corporate culture is also positive and upper managment is easily accessible. The hybrid work model, along with the implementation of core working hours is outstanding. Overall i thoroughly enjoy working in this company.

1. wondering why 45 days notice period?? because they can fire you anytime giving childish reasons, that 50k bond is because people are not joining this firm after discussing with former/current employees 2. visit any time of the day.....you will find more HRs than engineers in the office....sorry i mean co-working space... it's a HR centric organization....only they've the job ssecurity. 3. senior engineers are completely useless, they know no other company will hire them that's why they are dragging their careers here as long as they can. 4. basically it's an outsourcing company and their clients are service based organisations and work is extremely terrible, even fresher will be fired and they find it difficult to get job outside as the work they did here holds no value. 5. super high attrition rate, I've seen longer internship durations than career of people here. 6. within a month you will regret joining here. 7. here, just check the dates of all positive reviews, you will get an idea if they are genuine 8. all the pictures they have posted , apart from hrs you wont find others in the office.... because either they left or were fired disgracefully

I have worked in organisations with a lot of micromanagement and monetary issues. I switched to McKinley Rice since 1 year plus now and I feel this is an organisation I want to be part of in its growing journey, with no micro-management, space to grow, experiment , learn and even innovate. For me, this is the place to be! A lot of company's CxOs are workaholics and expect the same from all employees. This is not the case at McKinley Rice. An individual's time is respected. The flexi work-hours and hybrid model really helps balance personal and professional life. Being a part of the team (Department of Employee Experience) where I interact with each department nearly on a daily basis, I know that work is allotted optimally to everyone. Of course, there would be instances where there would be a lot of work, but as we serve clients, you need to rise to the opportunity and get it done (together). MR provides a lot of Skill enhancement opportunities. I am keenly interested in that being into learning and development and I am proud to say I was able to facilitate that company wide with 80% plus compliance rate so far(last 8 months). Also, this is not a sponsored post, no one has a gun to my head while I appreciate this organisation. The culture is collaborative and understanding. Rules and flexibility has always been given on reasonable terms . There is also a comprehensive reward system which is exciting! This is a great organisation to grow and attach yourself with!

Currently, this is not something to dislike, but a disclaimer to all who join. Its a growing organisation, so whenever we see a bottle-neck, we try to improve it. The road can be bumpy at times but its worth it. Ensure you come with an open mindset. Self entitlement always has bad repercussions, in life and profession.
