no job security, politics(most comments have agreed on politics!!) , From outside they pose as a digital edtech company but they are not. their max revenue is from selling print books, there are far better publishers and edtechs doing better than them ....only thing they have is the name in the market only because they are so old and that bubble that mcgraw hill is a big name has also busted . Some old people at top who dont want the young ones to grow to safeguard themselves....
