Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees in Utility operator.

Actually in McDonald's only maintenance people is get poor salary and poor respect but we are very important in operation time but become a senior maintenance will get promoted then no option available for next level and salary increase but good work place is McDonald's all people is speaking like a small family but need improve technical persons development and training and salary.

Seriously please give proper respect to technical person s then will good but have a managers in McDonald's technical person also as a manager but only technical person only not take anything without asking permission but other managers will eat anything but no need ask permission this is need to change I told only example, no training and if anywhere will go for training they are not provided proper food and bed for only technical person s only But other managers will take correct food and room Head office will book but that is wrong very bad.

Mc Donald's in an MNC company, which gives us lot of opportunities and friendly staff to work with. And it is the best QSR in the food industry

sometimes it's hard to bare the words of the managers. And growth is very fast but the compensation doesn't be satisfying.

Too much pressure and demotivating work environment. Bosses do not understand individual challenges and blame for every task. You would end up receiving all the blames if anything goes wrong but no appreciation for good work done. No acknowledgement of long working hours.

1.Getting 2 weekly rest. 2.ontime salary. 3.good for learning about QSR in a systematic way.

1.too much pressure but salary is less. Rm getting 35k, store handlers 22400-30k 2. there is always shortage of managers and crew. 3.Not getting support from the higher ups when needed. 4. Rude behaviour of Area managers. Use abusive language while talking to Managers. 5. Unachievable targets. 6.no peace at home either. Too many calls from the store regarding stupid stuff most of the time. 7.No empathy for the team. Even when a person got into accident highers ups is asking why did u got into accident , now u need to come on shift no matter if your leg is broken. Just have to come. What an stupidity. If u can handle all this. Please join McDonalds.
