It was indeed a great experience working in such a reputed retail company.. The career growth is really something big of which i would really appreciate.. I was, as an individual, able to develope myself to a higher position with more responsibilities and commitments with many challenges.. But being my first job, i really respect the company... They provided me with a decent compensation and career growth.. The problem faced was mainly with the timings.. 10 to 12 hrs shift.. Wherein i found it a bit difficult.. But was enjoyable and a satisfying job..

Too much pressure and demotivating work environment. Bosses do not understand individual challenges and blame for every task. You would end up receiving all the blames if anything goes wrong but no appreciation for good work done. No acknowledgement of long working hours.

1.Getting 2 weekly rest. 2.ontime salary. 3.good for learning about QSR in a systematic way.

Dislikes

1.too much pressure but salary is less. Rm getting 35k, store handlers 22400-30k 2. there is always shortage of managers and crew. 3.Not getting support from the higher ups when needed. 4. Rude behaviour of Area managers. Use abusive language while talking to Managers. 5. Unachievable targets. 6.no peace at home either. Too many calls from the store regarding stupid stuff most of the time. 7.No empathy for the team. Even when a person got into accident highers ups is asking why did u got into accident , now u need to come on shift no matter if your leg is broken. Just have to come. What an stupidity. If u can handle all this. Please join McDonalds.

I worked in McDonald for 2 years and in the end after resignation they stopped my salary of pl which we get after resignation also the environment was not good there for employees due to OC

As a teenager tge salary was good. Bonus is also there. Good culture and work place. Improvement in career as in retail shops and corporate

Too much changes in Managers, fluctuating in shifts, low people management.
