There is a proper structure for everything you do in Mcdonalds, you get a good training and study material to know every detail.

... work-life balance as i have seen with my senior and also experienced it myself. Managment will force you to do overtime as they do not pay overtime to employee ( except crew members).

There have lots of Learning skills to TCM to RGM and Fast promotion as per the capabilities , Course conducted designation wise which is I Love to McDonald's

After RGM Not seen any Growth and Salary is very low as a RGM 3.Work life balance not happening due to working hours is 10 hrs etc

Environment is very good to work as we don't know the HR and all people we are working with are great and supportive and family environment is there

Salary is tooo lowwww and there is no job security any time they can remove you

Overall it's a great company to spend your initial learning days, they have the best training modules to mould to as great leader, highly recommend for a rookie!

At one point your promotion will get slower than expected due to the pandemic, and the pay scale is little less comparing other brands

The open door policy makes it very good for people down the line to get proper help in Time. People do care about how you work & they also do the needful help in some ways

Dislikes

...not that great as you're always involved in some or the other meetings always. Salary I won't even say anything for the work done it's bad.
