During salary negotiation they will con you, telling you are the highest salary in the entire company but in reality you are the middle are in lower. Once Joined you will get sad!

Likes

The employees are appreciated for every good effort they make. For example, people with outstanding contribution are selected for "Employee of the Day", "Employee of the month" etc and rewarded accordingly. There is no trace of politics.

Dislikes

Basic salary is very high. This implies lower HRA exemption. People complain of poor work life balance, but this seldom happened to me.

Salary is good compared to other main contractors.

Dislikes

Family benefits component provided for is not clarified in the offer. Once you join you will get to know, you will get that amount after you bring your family. So effectively, you will loose first 2, 3 months of this amount. Secondly, the agreed salary and provided salary will have a minor difference, and the justification is, this is as per their company pay structure and calculation, so you always loose 200 or 300 from your salary.

I would appreciate the job security and work culture in this company. We almost continuously have projects which I would consider a very good indicator. Even though work satisfaction is subjective, I personally is very satisfied with my work.

Dislikes

...is definitely a change (not positive) in work culture due to management changes. Compensation is not at par with the prevailing rates (Partially due to company's financial condition)

Company having good Culture, work-life balance, Job security. Company has good cafeteria & food facility. Teammates are very cooperative. Policies are transparent.

Dislikes

Poor career growth & opportunities and compensation & benefits. Appraisal & salary hike need to be fair. Notice period after resignation is of 2 months.
