Poor career growth & opportunities and compensation & benefits. Appraisal & salary hike need to be fair. Notice period after resignation is of 2 months.

I get the contract extenstion.

Few people didn't get the extension and others which do get the extension find their salary cut but not the permanent guys, instead of this company could go for salary deduction for everyone and with that money could have given the extension for 1-2 month with prior notice.

Salary will pay little higher than other other companies but full work pressure and mental tension.. no life. its machine they extract double than what they pay.

Safety is first priority and than career training also going on, salary hike around 19-20% there is many things to learn new, work environment is good all staff very supportive.

On contract bas job are no safe.

During salary negotiation they will con you, telling you are the highest salary in the entire company but in reality you are the middle are in lower. Once Joined you will get sad!
