HR is very bad no value of words, faced problem in full and final, and didn't get my full and final as per laws. No increment for existing employees who were working more that 1 year also. HR doesn't know HR Policies and no HR policy for the company.

It's an excellent company to work for. Culture is extremely good with surprising benefits. People are the same almost everywhere, but the part that i really love is that we can directly interact with the managing director sir.

Mccs infra pvt ltd is a good company for me. But no any ont getting full and final payment . I am note getting last month's payment after leave the company but this is agood company. Thanks mccs infra for gave me better offertunity
