Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is high. Otherwise is OK everything...

They compensate you well and they took care of your well being even if you work in remote places, they will visit you and check your working condition including your food and accomodation.

Dislikes

None at all. But its every company policy that if there is no work front for you, you will be demob from your finished project and you have to wait again for the next opportunity.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable , high quality product and has a global client base.

There is no job training for freshers.

Well disciplined organization and get more encouragement to finish the work independently. Proper planning, scheduling and mobilisation of manpower and logistics. I was satisfied with McConnell Dowell jn all the way. Thank you McConnell.... I wish to be in again....

I worked for 5 years, my overall experience was Good , qualified and cooperative staff, management was Good , salary was on time evermonth,personal vehicle was provided by the company,weekly meetings of staff, saftey culture qas excellent weekly safety meeting for labours ,operators ,driver and senior and junior staffs by saftey engineer subject about lesson learned,
