Yeah .. !!! McCain is one of the MNC International company am proud to working with my team MNC Tamilnadu as well understand and analysis a market visit of store by smart work ....😊 Asm and BDE Is my role model of market work in chennai team . Nothing is there in dislike ways am till there worked on 2.7years working in company but there some petrol convenience is low and salary also as well as low in this covid 19 . And nothing is there to worried about anything helps they will help me a nxt two days by financially am proud for that my McCain.

There is nothing to like about this organization but if someone who has no inspiration to grow and want to work in Govt organization like environment it is perfect place for them.

...o be promoted didn't get it due to poor HR policy and politics and favoritism. 3) Pay parity - very poor pay parity among same grade employees. 4) Career Growth - No career growth, people can spend their whole life working at same level and grade. there is hardly any opportunity for career advancement in this organization. Even If there is any opportunity comes, HR prefers to hire candidate from outside rather than giving chance to internal talent.

It's a very popular brand in frozen industry. That's why I joined this company.

1- They will not pay your expenses on time. First they will say they have not received any expenses sheet. And later they will say that we will release the expense with the next month expenses. 2. When I left the company I was told that I will receive my full and Final in 45 to 60 days. After 60 days, I didn't receive any money. When I contacted with my seniors and H R of the company. They told me that my F&F is under process. It will be closed on 18 September. But I didn't receive the money again. So I contacted them again. Then they gave me a new date. They told me that my F&F will be released in the first week of october. Again I didn't get any money. Then they told me to wait till October end Maximum. And when I didn't receive any money on the month end, I wrote an email to the company that if I don't receive my F&F by 20 November, I will file a case against them in the labour Court. After that I receive my F&F on 16 November 2017.
