...to the entire teaching staff by arranging an alternative monthly work and leave. That means teachers have to work on and off and thus pay and no pay alternatively.

Dislikes

The approach is not really professional. There is no professional development sessions arranged for faculty members.

Some people of company have good knowledge but company's senior do not give respect them.

Dislikes

Bad manner situation of company labour's and Company Supreme officer behaviors very rood for knowledge full staff and they (officer) are want no questions for them ,officers have not good knowledge they known only fire blame on hard working staff

This is a very goog Company to join and work for. They value their employees, unfortunately I had to leave MCC but I'd love to work with MCC again.

Dislikes

Have to work on alternate Saturdays and no work from home flexibility.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
