I've been incredibly impressed with the dynamic environment of the company. One of the things that I most love about working here is the opportunity to be a part of the team that is truly passionate.

Goa. Life outside office. Days when Founders are absent

Dislikes

This place is a comedy show, very entertaining if you see you through to the fact how amazingly stupid the founders, their followers and their heavy weight champion aka leader of Human Resources Neetha is. On a serious note, mcaffeine is a family run torcher cell by Tarun Vaishali Gupta and Sons (Shivam Singh, Udbhav Mishra, Rakesh Yadav). The founders are a bunch of pseudo IITians from ISM who got their hands on new money. They hire puppets from ISM to run their show, most of these pups are nervewreckingly stupid but they do bark. In all honesty, during my time here there are following traits that I’ve observed a lot in people. Rest is your choice if you still wanna join them! Don’t be fooled it’s an IITian startup. This is as much of an IITian startup as much Burger Singh is Burger King. Traits : 1. Narcissism 2. Alcohol and drug abuse 3. Eating disorders 4. Harassment: employees have been fired for this 5. Privacy infringement (founders call and abuse new hires directly) 6. Investor Money Laundering led by Mohit Jain 7. No FnFs for the reason above Will post a detailed review but anyone looking to join this company right now please be extremely careful as this place is indeed extremely unhealthy for your well being.

I've been lucky enough to be a part of this incredible company for over two years now, and its been more than just a job - it's been been a journey of growth & opportunities. Flexibility isn't just allowed, its encouraged. The leadership understands that life happens and they've created an environment that lets us navigate our professional & personal lives without feeling stretched thin.

Its been more 2 years since I'm working with Mcaffeine and I really like working here with my lovely team who's always so supportive and understanding. Here in Mcaffeine the employee's need is always prioritized and that's the best thing any company would do.
