Very good exposure. I was able to do good valuable engineering work. This is a core engineering company. So the work I got was very good and related to my field. I was motivated by the core project work the company does. There is not much office politics as this is small company.

Dislikes

As the sites / projects are often far away from mumbai, had to travel sometimes in a year.
