Nothing. Young graduates who maybe want to learn technology but not expecting ANY money can work here. Be prepared to put long extra hours too.

No benefits. Salary pending. Cannot even think about hike. Poor work culture. Colleagues will want to know your personal life and will always involve in politics. But I suppose no one's currently working there. So that's a plus. No peace of mind.

- salary , hike, incentives and comp-off will be less satisfactory - work life balance will be 0% - 24/7 work, no free time, always occupied work culture and project maintenance - worst work hierarchy and employee beneficial activities will be none

...en.they didn't consider employees also family and HR team didn't any of mails. No salary for last four months. Most of the senior peoples left from this company and layoff for without any reason. No projects.

Fully loaded with partiality starting from top management, Manager, senior TL, TL to seniors Partiality will be seen from the first day we join. If we pass the thoughts of TL, we are the winners and if we fail in the same, we are the losers. Appraisal will not be based on the performance and hardwork. It will be purely based on the personal opinion of TL and it will be blindly accepted up to the level of top management. Career growth will be there but repeated works will be done that you might go to exhausted state. Fully loaded with stress and you will be sick once or twice in a week. If you became master of any projects, then you are gone. You will alone remain as the master without the help of others. No proper plan and guidance and no proper structure exist. Those who are honest and truthful and trustworthy have no meaning here.
