No Work Culture. No Respect of Employee. No System, No appraisal. No salary on time. Will give you full attention up to and until their purpose is there and then they will not even ask you & not at all consider your work. Insult is very common for any small issue. Always you will be treated and threated to throw from your service, whatever you have done & your best efforts are towards organization. Wastage of your important carrier years & losing confidence over self. You can be shifted to any where in any department any time with no reason. (in any common meeting too, they can transfer you immediately). You can not even give your opinion - as your opinion is no matter for them. Overall not to suggest to work in this organization at all.

Company wants to transfer to Nigeria but I was not interested
