On the job training, people are helpful and encouraging, company has a good work culture and fun Friday events to keep work life balance at check. Job security is good and reviews happen every 6 months which gives you a progress report as to your work and over all skillset. Good office to begin your career and to even have a long term goal at if you are okay with only working on retail projects.

Dislikes

...g and evening calls with the US team which extend your working hours throughout. Not much growth in terms of salary. May get stuck in a loop since more or less all the retail stores are same and have a similar approach to doing work
