Mbd group working is good but dislike option area wise job option provide and location wise hire and salary point of view promotion and growth.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Good work and supposed our office employees I was follow up every week customer follow up through phone call and daily send customer wise outstanding invoice details day by day direct visit to old outstanding customer directly and I must maintain good customer relation ship for payment receivable

Dislikes

There is a lot of pollitics and the local management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career of 2 Years before which you can't resign on the job training is not given to new joiness

We are enjoy for work in this company give freedom and this company didnt give work pressure because we are think all over one of the family

... are didnt focus other branch h.o Organization event and culture program for H.O employees only some time salary also credit to us very delay

1. Manager behaviour so rude. 2. Not not on time, it may go upto 25 of month. 3. Manager forced to work extra without pay 4. Cannot take leave even not on festival, though you have CL and EL. You can get leave only if manager wants.
