Good working environment and supportive senior made it really easy and enjoyable to work at the company.

The time management was a issue that so felt , but I think that was mostly because of online commuincation system.

The training was excellent the culture up there the people the facilities etc. Was excellent the coolest managers I've ever met! The learning is immense you deliver from day 1. You'd have meetings regularly and reviews weekly making sure you're working right what you're required for. People are really helpful day in and out not knowing something results into growing yourself by co-learning and then delivering it. Work life balance is also good enough mostly a 9to5 or 11to7 job. Sometimes meetings and parties keep you long enough but you'd enjoy it throughout. If you're doing an internship here, get ready for some cool surprises, the people here never let you down!

It is still a startup, I hope they get well funded soon! The growth is good.

It is a strict 9-5 job. Complete your work hours and leave at the exact time, allowing for perfect work-life balance. No expectation to sit for 1 min beyond the time

Micro management, focus is on how much time you spent sitting on your desk rather than on the work done. Higher management does not work on their tasks rather spends time on surveillance of how much time the employee spent on break or in the rest room. I remembered my 4th standard classes when I had to use the washroom a little more than usual as my parents had introduced drinking a liter of water in the morning. And my science teacher complained in the PTA, a good student, but goes too often to the washroom, my class gets disturbed. Similar treatment. The management is insecure of two colleagues getting too friendly. If that happens, their strategy is to praise one and put down the other that an automatic difference should be created between the two. Fail to understand what do they achieve from doing so. In the name of coaching and teaching the fresher employees, they want yes men, who do not question much and sit at their desks all day long
