Covid-19 was handled incorrectly. When there are other companies follow retention of employees and reduce their loss by reducing staff salary, in Mazui International, 15% employees were terminated so that senior peoples get salary on time and bonus.

Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation?
