Management is not good, no job security, they will terminate you if you take a leave for more thn 1 day even if you are not well, no employee was happy there, all was in fear that they will terminate to anyone according to their mood or requirements. You can't even discuss anything with your co-workers, they will change the seats if you do so. Mainly no growth and zero job security.

No future office environment it's like jail no emotion if without informing any urgency you take off than second day you fired what the nonsense concept seriously totally failure management in my work life carriers last 15 years I never seen this type management
