No job security.. no guarantee of salary and even the ones paid are never on time.. highest attrition rate in the industry. Horrible family owned management. Worst place to work. Wouldn’t suggest even to those desperate for work

Salary not at correct time and deductions which is not informed.No proper response for salary deduction if any Queries.still yet covid allowance did not sanctioned and received.Attrition ratio is too high because of poor work satisfaction. No further action been taken about attrition, Similarly, Aim is Earning money by the management. Some times forcing to update the good Google reviews from employes.Even though no any treatment cost less or free of cost during duty hours any incident which was happened.You have to pay for a single treatment.No increment at all.08 hours duty is so Heatic due to unexpected absenteeism.No any work satisfaction. The owner of hospital is very rude and unprofessional, they don not even know how to speak to their employees, use abusive languages, even the owner of the hospital could not create professional environment, Hospitals like Apollo, Medanta Chandan and Tender Palm have moved far away and they are still there where they were since 30 years.

Worst organization to join if you want to degrade ur experience join this worst hospital. Management is pathetic they don't know how to talk with their staff. They want your original certificate at the time of joining
