If you can't handle tremendous pressure, you should not come here. It is a bit difficult to balance between family life and work life here to be honest. And sometimes culture, education matters too.

The worst management I have ever seen. Management have a “ Aa Bahen Chughli Karen” type of mentality. They don’t have any plan. Very immature company

...ey have some pet people. They will always give you an example of those people -They never pay your salary on time. Always 2 months delay will be there -They will digest your salary of your last 1/2 months at the time of your resignation. The CEO will come and will give you some dialogues for not giving you your last salary -Management doesn’t address your issue -No proper work timings for employees -The office is full of CEO’s and Director’s relatives who don’t deserve that position -Immature CEO

Atmosphere is very good. People are well behaved. Boss has a sugar mouth, well behaved person.

Dislikes

Salary issue is big here. No matter how much hard work you give to the company they will not give you increment in return, your growth rate will be zero here. No proper HR policies are maintained in this company. They give salary end of the month sometimes next month mid.

I joined there as a freshers, in that scenario i was very lucky to had a great team, the seniors were very helpful. Management was quite good. I had the opportunity to experiment and implement my skills there which is very important for a developer.

Dislikes

Technologically they were very back dated, and management people was non technical so they were feared when ever we talked to implement latest technology. No CAB facility was there for MORNING shift and Night Sift.
