Management not good , whatever best you could you do from your end the office staff politcise it feed it to the senior management, in meetings you just have to listen your input doesn't matter , overall bad experience , security amount equal to your salary is deducted and the doesn't return it after you resign or they terminate you

The atmosphere here is quite relaxed as being an academician it is a problem to get a sigh of relief. The colleagues are helpful and supportive in every aspect at MGC

One drawback is strength of the student as student are the main base for every college to prosper and flourish the admissions team is trying their best to get maximum admission for college. But according to me they should more focus on quality education like collaborating with any program that help student to utilise their maximum strength as era of today is all about being ahead and of vocational training
