very good environment to work. smooth and flexible. professional organisation. owner of the company is really a nice person. but slow process. some old lazy people are sitting in their comfort zone. not up to the mark they like to follow their old agenda only withing their comfort zone.

Company hires the employee in peak season and do kick off on lean season .no job security No value of hardworking employee Lots of politics Unprofessional behavior and language of seniors No security of female employee if she works late evening

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
