Had worst experience in my life after i left the house cause they're not giving a salary I don't know why?? Every time i connect with them but no response at all.

MDS is the best pipeline of the production department. This is the most plantable dptmnt. So many people's are working there.. MDS is take everyone in same wavelength.. this is wonderful think.

.... It's not look like MDS branded place. because MDS is Indian top brand company. And I don't know about salary, because i am not get from there any hike. I can't tell thet.thank you.

They hire freshers. Flexible work hours.

Pay is less, no increments even after two years. No benefits. Work is very monotonous, no skill development whatsoever. They make you work overtime without pay, even on Sundays.

Poor work culture, excessive pressure, personal life hamper, lack of inspire of good work, disrespect to artist, work on holiday , wrong person posted in important production department etc..
