During buying and selling of auto parts, if some time cash balance is not match and if amount is showing deficited or shortage then it collect from deducting employees salary. They are not interested to investigate that what's the actual reason of shortage of money. My home town is Chandannagar and owner hometown also Chandannagar. Both were well knowing each other. But they don't believe me that I was never stolen the money but they were pressurised me, if you want to continue your job then you will loosing one month salary. They were indirectly blame me for stolen of money. I am a teacher, they know my previous job and present job. Temporaly, I was worked there as an Assistant Accountant. Now, I am become a Lecturer in a reputed college by the grace of God but I will never forget that days when what incident passed on me. Sometime, I recall my past. I don't know what is the present working environment. I shared my past experience. If they sea change the working environment, then it will may be fruitful for the new employee. Besides Accounts department, other departments are okay in my knowledge.
