...rience in 3d industry. After working with maac for 1 year here are my concern 1. No salary slips. Still check system. Salary check on every month 10th. Than u have to wait for 3 days for salary come in to your account. 2. No Holiday. Only 12 leave per annum. All Saturday u have to work. 3. U are not working under any organisation. It means ur boss can fire u anytime. In other company atleast 1 month notice they have to give or 1 month salary they will provide. 4. No pf, tds deduction. No salary slips provided. 5. Long working hours. 8 to 6 or 9 to 7. After ur working hours. The WhatsApp groups of students will not let u sleep at night. No work life balance. 6. I remember old days . When every specific department in Cg industry have seperate faculty like. 1 faculty for modeling texturing 2nd faculty for rigging, animation 3rd for lighting and shading. The salary was 50k plus at that time every faculty. Now centre owner will cry to give that package and motivate u to do all department work alone. How it is possible in Cg industry u can imagine. They will show u that old output every time and start comparing. Work which was done by multiple faculty like specialised u can't achieve in this situation. Atleast in 1 year batch result they expect. 7. No notice period. In my 1 year experience. I have seen 6 to 7 faculty change. Which was a loss of students as well.every New faculty has there own method of teaching. 10 day salary u have to compromise. If u show ur loyalty they will give u low salary or fire at a spot of discussion. 8. Maac and arena animation are the aptech frenchise. So the faculty needs to take salary from direct aptech. But here situation is extremely bad . Your local centre owner is your boss. They all have old decade mindset. They don't have a idea how the it culture are developed these day. They feel themselves as a Ambani or adani when any faculty tell there concern to them. 10. No extra benifit like heath insurance, pf, tds deduction when filling itr u have to pay tax from ur pocket. 11. Counselor is 1 more pain for faculties these days. Because all the admission are done by counselor. The counselor are forcing faculty to be polite with bad students ( un discipline). If faculty do some strictness in class to maintain discipline. The bad students feel the have own the faculty by giving fees to centre. Results loss of self respect. U feel torcher. When faculty tries to tell there problem to owner he easily take favours of counselor because he has h money minded mindset. 12. Old employee politics god can only save u. Because the old employee who work decades in the centre. They 0 value outside. They r outdated. So they can easily proves that the new employees are not capable. Owner take their favour instead of the faculty who came from current industry trend.
