- No clear vision of the company. - Extremely hostile culture where only few employees close to founders are listened to. - Management change their stratgey every month. - Financial crisis has led to many layoffs with no proper process. - Do your research well before joining.

Very third grade customers to deal with. Unrealistic timelines. No attention by managers on problems. Company is highly unstable and has ‘hire and fire’ approach.

DVP timelines are stringent and to mate timelines/deadlines, you need to work on. Saturday Sundays, but complimentary offs are available against it.
