Such company is not safe for woman or even culture they deduct money of employee during lockdown of april.. here you can take experience for promotion in other good organization. never recommend to whom who earlior work in systematic organisation who work for quality.

Dislikes

Hear stability is big issue . Even one year old employees are oldest and senior employees. So you can thing your self , work distribution is biggest problem. So are enjoying maxtar and some are suffering.. overall in worst situation you can join this company for 6 or 8 month that is enough time to find good option like alkem , cadila , usv etc
