Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike every year. Here management is transparent, overall Maxop group is very good but Unit-2 work culture is very bad from last 1 year because here play more politics than work since last 1 year.

Team work culture is not good in unit-2 which is not good for growth and other units work culture is very good.

Job not safe here in engineering department, isse achha to ghar baitho ya jis company me ho us company me raho I suggest to all baki as your wish, agar job aage nhi krna chahte to ye company join kro baki tum khud ghar baith jaoge. Work time is Daily 8 ghante ki duty me 12 ghante krne ka without any rupees

There is a lot for learning. Appraisal is good as compared to other similar field companies. There are numbers and varieties of new products.

Workload is more. Need to work daily minimum 1 hour extra.

Senior staff think this is a single company for them and it's their father home where is very difficult for a new & knowledgeable person performing
