Everybody knows inside out of the stuff they are working on. Technical knowledge is good.

Dislikes

Poor work life balance. Salary is not in par with market standards and there is a huge pay discrimination inside the company itself. Freshers and person with 4+yrs experience are paid just because the experienced person started his career with low salary.

Likes

The people here are really helpful and hardworking. You can approach anyone without a hesitation and they'll be ready to help you.

Dislikes

There is no fixed working hours. T You might have to work late and even on weekends.

Likes

One of the few multinationals based in India which gives full ownership to India site. A lot of good quality work, opportunity to learn, participate in decision making, very experienced seniors around to help kick-start the career but also guide in the middle and advanced career stages. Best for those who love to learn, do good work and build a strong career.

Dislikes

Respected internationally, but not yet a well-known name in India. Has grown very fast. Still working to adapt support services.
