Everything Else wheather it's Work culture, Hr support, Admin Support everything is dud. Only those who is master at sucking up to the upper management has scope otherwise no job security once company thinks you serve your purpose.

There isn't any work life balance. Some kind of dictatorship is there. Single person is having the power which is the poorest thing. You have to work 24 by 7 . You'll get just one leave in 15 days.
