here not proper managements so that's why I am not happy here because here jv projects also ccc company working.no proper managemnt chargent and foreman here like a Labour.

...r than sp. but our staff is really good.ccc staff not understanding the drawing.my senior supervisor salary is 1300 .but they dont know HOW to calculate the concrete quantity.

Due to management issues many good staff should ignore in increment and promotions new comers less experience has more salary structure as compared to old staff
