Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

A good place to work if want a stable and peaceful life and not in the mood of hustle and do not have high financial goals for life because although the company is good,company culture is good, financial growth is slow and technical or work knowledge growth depends on you and your managers attitude collectively. You can learn things but you will always get a chance to implement those in projects is not certain.

In my case slow financial and management growth despite being a fullstack developer working for a reputed billable project and handling project in absence of project manager well is the thing I dislike
