Factory invironment is very bad .no job security here .The higher management is very low category .it was my very big mistake of work here

No trainings provide,no job security,shift time is 9:00 am to 9:00pm ,also management always force to their staffs for work late. I have worked here with good talented person but they didn't stay for long time here .I had worked here for 1.5 years, I seen almost 15-20 staffs members switched or terminated from their job .finaly I would like to say that please check all the things about this factory before joining here.

The owner of this company Mr. Pawan Yadav thinks himself as a God. Just couldn't able tolerate his behavior for more than a month... All those ratings that you see here 4.2 is fake ratings. Never join this company. No job security. No work life balance. No timing for going home. Slavery type behavior of the owner and the list goes on and on.

You should apply in this company when you don't have enough option. It is purely a lala type company. Even the owner of this company is not a good person.He always showing rude behaviour towards his employee.. There is no working environment here . There are lots of dislike...
