To much politics across the organisation, the worst situation is in first line of CEO. No one is free to take any strategic decision even at regional or zonal level. No distribution of powers.

Likes

Freedom to work. Management was very supportive especially till 2016-17. With the change of guard some unexpected decisions witnessed. But I always pray for its growth.

Dislikes

New culture was not constructive. Even forced to leave some extremely good people. Hope the new changes will address these issues
