Toxic MD treats the employees as servent, delayed salary that too in percentage, fraud, cheats clients, puppet HR, poor management, expectation of 14 hours of working hours in a day, no culture.

I worked with Max Mobility Team for more than 4 years. Here, you will get the full scope to learn lot things, but at the same time during your learning period you will have the delivery pressure on the new thing. They directly will sit you on a live project for experiment, and that's the biggest fire.

Dislikes

1. Salary never on time (generally 5-10th day of the month) 2. Salary deduction during covid period (work hrs - 8-10hrs) 3. no health insurance 4. no proper travel benefits for client visit 5. lots of unnecessary work pressure 6. poor management (specially behavior of CEO pathetic with the employee) 7. Management consider their employees as educated human labours

In joining time it is a good company.

Dislikes

Whenever you try to move from this company, they will show you their real face. When I give my resignation they had blocked my previous month salary. When I asked for my salary they told me when I get release they will pay total money together. After serving 60 days of notice period they didn't receive my phone call nor replying me over email. Then I send legal notice which they didn't send any reply. Then I lodged complain to "Labour Commission" and now the case is in "Labour Commissioner" department.
