... from you. More than 5 persons already left the office with their toxic culture. Don't trust their words during interview they will give a package which is lesser than your current ctc and will give excuses as you will earn promotions in a fast track mode. nothing doing you will not meet their unrealistic targets. Dislikes

Facing Toxic Culture and Management Issues.

I joined Axis Max Life Insurance, on 24 Dec 2024, After 11 Jan 2025 I started receiving hate and toxic culture from the female L1 Manager BRM. On Axis Max Life Insurance. Because I refused to do their personal work and work on the week off. Because I'm not the licking Employee. Now the female manager starts harassing me. The branch didn't even have the security CCTV Cameras so I don't have a Recording. But I have witnesses. She is too toxic And I feel mentally drained and harassing. What should I do because she is female I can't take unnecessary action. Please share the thoughts and advice and need help asap.
