Itnis a good company to work but there is too much politics due to which I had quit the job in this precious time of corona

Salary hike is not there, you have to please your senior's for correcting your salary. I joined max in 2012 at a salry of 2.88 and after 8 years my slaary was 3.88.see the inequality for the employee.

To be very honest . Leaders are not at all good. They don’t treat people with respect. Just Bogus Company I ever worked with.

Appraisal depends upon reporting manager, new candidates came with higher package but old employees voice can not get into company ear because of team leaders. Competition are very good in this situation.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
