Salary hike is not there, you have to please your senior's for correcting your salary. I joined max in 2012 at a salry of 2.88 and after 8 years my slaary was 3.88.see the inequality for the employee.

Facing Toxic Culture and Management Issues.
I joined Axis Max Life Insurance, on 24 Dec 2024, After 11 Jan 2025 I started receiving hate and toxic culture from the female L1 Manager BRM. On Axis Max Life Insurance. Because I refused to do their personal work and work on the week off. Because I'm not the licking Employee. Now the female manager starts harassing me. The branch didn't even have the security CCTV Cameras so I don't have a Recording. But I have witnesses. She is too toxic And I feel mentally drained and harassing. What should I do because she is female I can't take unnecessary action. Please share the thoughts and advice and need help asap.
