Don't trust their words during interview they will give a package which is lesser than your current ctc and will give excuses as you will earn promotions in a fast track mode. nothing doing you will not meet their unrealistic targets. The thing is like about max life insurance is salary credit is on time and 2nd and 3rd Saturday is also weekoff.

...they expect high level quality work from employees. Worst management and system. Field work also involved in the low salary. 2 field visit per day.

Salary Too much office politics. Sometimes good work is limited to some folks. Career growth opportunities are limited to only some section of the teams

Appraisal depends upon reporting manager, new candidates came with higher package but old employees voice can not get into company ear because of team leaders. Competition are very good in this situation.
